Your rights
Subject to your local law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain uses. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside your country. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
The Service
Āsana/OS ("the Service") is operated by Liz Mellor Yoga ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if signing up on behalf of an organization, have the authority to bind it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:
- Using the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or spam purposes.
- Infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Interfering with the security or integrity of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing rate limits).
- Uploading content that is harmful, defamatory, or offensive.
Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the Service, its software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of the class content you create; you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service (and, where you publish to the community library, to display it to other users you have chosen to share with).
Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected (monthly or yearly) until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Service level and warranties
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination you may lose access to content stored in the Service; export any data you need beforehand.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow such a limit.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
